Your profile
Completed training as an electronics technician in mechanical and plant engineering or comparable qualification
Existing instructor qualification examination (AEVO),
Enjoyment of passing on knowledge and working with young people
Strong communication skills, patience, and a good sense for individual learning paths
Structured, reliable work ethic and a sense of responsibility in dealing with technology and people.
Your tasks
Planning, organization and implementation of the training to become an electronics technician (m/f/d) in mechanical and plant engineering
Imparting practical specialist knowledge and safe working methods in theory and practice
Support and development of trainees – professionally, personally and organizationally
Setting up, maintaining and further developing the workplaces and equipment in the training workshop
Coordination of training content with the specialist departments and vocational schools
Active participation in and further development of training within the company
Presenting our company at school and training fairs
