Your profile
  • Expertise: A sound education in the field of electrical engineering, ideally supplemented by further training as a master craftsman/technician (m/f/d).

  • Leadership skills: Initial experience in team leadership or project coordination, as well as enjoyment in managing employees.

  • Extensive know-how: Several years of experience in electrical assembly, ideally in mechanical or plant engineering.

  • Analytical skills: The ability to quickly grasp complex technical problems and develop pragmatic solutions as a team.

  • Process affinity: Knowledge of ERP systems (such as ProAlpha) is an advantage.

Your tasks
  • Central coordination: Planning and control of all electrical work (control cabinet and machine wiring).

  • Technical troubleshooting: Identification and elimination of obstacles to the completion of production orders in close coordination with design, AV, purchasing and assembly.

  • Process optimization: Development and implementation of process improvements to save assembly time and avoid recurring problems.

  • They lead the team of electronics technicians at the Weselberg site. This also includes: vacation planning, staff scheduling, and annual employee reviews.

  • Quality & Documentation: Conducting machine acceptance tests to ensure smooth operations and complete technical documentation (plans, protocols, etc.).

  • Operational support: Active participation in day-to-day operations and processing of cost estimate requests for the electrical sector.
