Completed training as a CNC machinist or comparable qualification
Experience in CNC machining, ideally with 5-axis machines
Understanding of machining and CNC programming
Knowledge of the Heidenhain programming language
Careful, precise and structured work methods
High quality and responsibility awareness
Your tasks
Setup, programming and operation of 5-axis CNC machines, mostly using existing programs
Manufacturing of precision components according to drawings and dimensional specifications
Selection and preparation of tools and clamping devices
Monitoring and optimization of the processing process
Quality control of manufactured parts, documentation of test results
Performing maintenance and repair work on the machines
